Janet Rae Anderson Creal Springs-Janet Rae Anderson, 67, of Creal Springs passed away at 1:30 PM, Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Brother Ron Aissie officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will be at New Salem Cemetery in Creal Springs. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, Il 62959. Janet was born January 21, 1942 in Creal Springs to James Butch and Dorothy (Sharp) Boner. Survivors include her children, James and Cindy Anderson of Creal Springs, Jeffery Allen Anderson, Kim and Tom McAnelly, David and Melissa Anderson and Shannon Anderson and fiancé, Star Agan all of Marion; grandchildren, Bryan and Jennifer Anderson, Lindsey, Kayce, Jonathan and Justin Anderson, Caroline and Justin Warner and Aaron and Michael McAnelly; great grandchildren, Jeremiah Warner and McKenzie and Madison Anderson; and brother and sister-in-law, Deon and Judy Boner of Creal Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents; two younger brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Wayne Boner; and sister, Carolyn Sue Palmer. Janet worked in Home Health Care as a CNA. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Creal Springs.
