Jacqueline Sue Durham

Jacqueline Sue "Jackie" Durham, age 59, of Jonesboro, Illinois, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 at her home.

Jackie was born April 02, 1964 in Carbondale, Illinois, a daughter of Bill and Sherry (Parrish) Durham. Jackie grew up in Goreville, Illinois and suffered an accident at a young age, leaving her disabled for the rest of her life. She lived at Chamness Care in Jonesboro, Illinois and worked at JR Center Workshop in Anna, Illinois. Jackie loved Mickey Mouse and enjoyed trips to McDonalds.

She is survived by one sister, Toni (Dennis) Ames of Goreville, IL and her nephew, Lance Martin (Maranda) Merchant of Simpson, IL; niece Kelsey Lee (Corey) Rood of Carterville, IL, uncle Denny (Alisa) Parrish of Goreville, IL, aunt Donna Parrish of Pheonix, AZ, great-niece Briley Shay Merchant, great niece Brynna Shay Merchant; several cousins and many Special Friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill Lee and Sherry Lee Durham.

Graveside services will Wednesday, February 7, 2024, 11:00 AM at Cana Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Cox officiating.
