Hubert Malone, Jr. PULLEYS MILL-Hubert Malone, Jr., 66, of Pulleys Mill passed away at 8:19 AM, Monday, October 29, 2007 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend John Burnett officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. Hubert was born August 5, 1941 in Paulton, Illinois to Hubert and Ethel (Hill) Malone. He married Janet Hearn. Survivors include his wife, Janet Hearn of Pulleys Mill; daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Donnie Sanderson of Stonefort; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Patty Malone of Stonefort and Tim and Wendy Malone of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Terra, Zachary, Samantha, Carlys, Kurtis, Keeley and Kole; one great grandchild, Ariel; sisters and brother-in-law, Barbara and Ray Lowrance of Goreville and Opal Osborne of Alvarado, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Lee Malone of Linton, Indiana; three half-sisters; special niece, Lindsey McClerren; and several other nieces and nephews. Hubert retired as a coal miner from Eagle #2 Mine. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America local 1602. His hobbies were auctions and tractors.
