Marion-Harold “Pee Wee” Krantz, 81, passed away at 9:50pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at his home.
Harold was born on January 1, 1932 in Marion to Lloyd and Julia (Simmons) Krantz. He married Mary Jo Jack on November 10, 1952. She preceded him in death on July 12, 2012.
Harold served in the Korean War. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 12, a 32nd degree Shriner Mason and a life member of the VFW and American Legion.
Survivors include: his children, Clyde Moake of Long Beach, California; Beverly and Robert Binkley of Marion and Sherry and Kenneth Carter of Pittsburg, Colorado; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Etta McCabe and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Graveside services will be held at 10am on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Marion with full military rites by the VFW, American Legion and the National Guard. Friends and family are asked to gather at the cemetery. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting with arrangements.
