Glenn Wesley Borum Christopher—Glenn W. Borum, 84, of Christopher passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 11:25 PM at Westside Care & Rehab Center. Visitation for Glenn will be on Friday, September 2, 2011 from 3-4 PM at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Funeral services will follow at 4 PM with Reverend Shorty Alsip officiating. Burial will be private. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements. Glenn was born on June 19, 1927 in Williamson County to Virgil & Elva (Dugger) Borum. He is survived by his children, Glenda Darlene Hall of Marion and David Michael & Debra Kay Borum of Crab Orchard; grandchildren, Clinton Patrick Hall, Ashtyn Ann Hall and Rachel Lynn Borum; sister, Betty Pepper; nieces & nephews, Ronnie & Sharon Cain, Nancy & Jimmy Smiley, Richard & Lana Cain, Tom & Becky Cain, John Wesley & Jan Donelson, Sam & Melanie Donelson, Danny & Linda Pepper and Debbie Pepper. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Guy Wesley Borum and sisters, Carolee Donelson and Zella Cain. Glenn worked as a farmer and a coal miner; being employed by Old Ben #21.
