Francis "Frank" Lehner
MARION-Francis "Frank" Lehner, 47, of Marion passed away at 11:20 AM, Thursday, June 21, 2007 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Community of Faith Church, west of Marion with Reverend Todd Greiner and Reverend David Maragni officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 25, 2007 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Mr. Lehner was born on July 17, 1959 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Gordon and Constance (Kennedy) Lehner. He married Sharon Holcomb on June 9, 1984 in Erie, Pennsylvania; the Lord blessed them with 23 years of marriage.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon of Marion; son, Timothy Lehner of Marion; brothers and sisters-in-law, Daniel and Jackie Lehner of Erie, Pennsylvania, Patrick and Melissa Lehner of Missouri and Steven Lehner of Erie, Pennsylvania; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Doug Konzel of Erie, Pennsylvania; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Elaine and Fred Holcomb, Jr.; several nieces and nephews; and the family dog, “Ben”.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Lehner.
Frank loved the Lord Jesus Christ and was a member of Community of Faith Church. He was a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He currently worked as a counselor at Caring Counseling Ministries in Marion and was a past substance abuse counselor for Franklin-Williamson Human Services. He loved all kinds of music, history and watching the 3 Stooges with his son.
He loved to spend time with his family and friends and will be missed by all.
