Ella Browning

GOREVILLE - Ella Browning, 74, passed away at 2:23 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at her home. Services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2013, in Blue Funeral Home in Goreville. A private burial will follow. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America. Ella was born in Alexander County, to Deloren and Gertrude (Gullett) Browning Aug. 4, 1938. She is survived by her two children, Dixie Joslin of Marion, Jeri Hileman and fiancé, David Peters of Herrin; grandchildren, Joshua Hileman, Chas Hileman, Brandon Hileman, Shawn Hileman, Devin Hileman, Garrett Peters; siblings, Clarence Browning, Gene Browning, Larry Browning, Jerry Browning, Jim Browning, Kay Barger. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Wayne Browning and Marie Coleman. Ella was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She will be greatly missed by all.
