Dorris Troutman MARION-Dorris Troutman, 86, of Marion passed away at 11:30 AM, Thursday, February 2, 2006 at the Carrier Mills Nursing Home. Graveside services were held at 12:00 PM, Friday, February 3, 2006 at the Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. There will be no visitation. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society; envelopes will be available at the church or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mrs. Troutman was born on February 23, 1919 in Marion, Illinois to Ira and Ruth Cash. She married Albert “Doc” Troutman, he preceded her in death in September of 1982. Survivors include her daughter, Edna Hilliard of Harrisburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; infant son; and sister, Mildred Krumrey. Mrs. Troutman had previously worked at Parks Drug Store as a waitress in the Orpheum Theater days. She was of the Baptist faith.
