Dorothy Anastasi JOHNSTON CITY-Dorothy Anastasi, 78, of Johnston City passed away at 11:20 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Blue Funeral Home in Marion in is charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Anastasi was born April 30, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to Claud and Lois (Moulton) Rice. She married Chester Joseph Anastasi and he preceded her in death. Survivors include her grandsons; Jeremy and his wife Erin Anastasi of Johnston City; Joe Anastasi and Jim Anastasi of Chicago; also Ron Anastasi of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Don Anastasi. Mrs. Anastasi was a homemaker who will be missed by her family and friends.
