Dorothy A. Pulley MARION-Dorothy A. Pulley, 83, of Marion passed away at 6:15 PM, Monday, July 31, 2006 at Paradise Manor Nursing Home in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 5, 2006 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marion with Reverend Richard G. Mohr officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, August 4, 2006 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Entombment will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Energy. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mrs. Pulley was born March 30, 1923 in Murphysboro, Illinois to William J. and Velma (Dunn) Martin. She married Earl Pulley, Jr. on December 5, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois; together they shared 63 years of marriage. Survivors include her husband, Earl of Marion; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol Ann Pulley of Maple Valley, Washington, Marcia Jo and John Lattig of Portland, Oregon, Barbara Lou and Dennis Bressert of Spruce Pines, North Carolina and Jo Ellen and Rick Onyshko of Chicago; son and daughter-in-law, Richard E. and Janeen Pulley of Washington, Utah; grandchildren, Jason Lattig, Cara Walker, Michael Lattig, Nicholas Pulley, Valerie Jones, Austin Pulley, Noah Pulley-Clark and Katherine Onyshko; great grandchildren, Will Walker, Cailin Walker and Jacob Lattig; and brother, Bill Martin of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, James Martin; and sisters, Lucille McDonald and Mary Jo Simmons. Mrs. Pulley was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marion. She was a homemaker.
