MARION-Doris M. Jochens, 68, of Marion passed away at 8:15 AM, Friday, April 29, 2005 at Heartland Regional Medical Center, Marion. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 2, 2005 at Evergreen Cemetery in Chicago. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Jochens was born on January 30, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to Hugh B. and Grace (Wesche) Crane. She married Carl Russell Jochens on June 22, 1957 in Chicago, he preceded her in death on June 24, 2004. Survivors include sister, Ruth Thorne of Chicago; brother and sister-in-law, Hugh and Kathy Crane of Creal Springs; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy and Jerry Kocar of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Mrs. Jochens was a professional musician. She was of the Baptist faith.
