Donald Gary “Don Goodwyn MARION-Donald Gary “Don Goodwyn, 55, of Marion, passed away at 3:05 PM, Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt Vernon. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Private burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Don was born June 16, 1954 in Christopher to Arlon and Rita (Tersinor) Goodwyn. Survivors include his parents, Arlon and Rita of Marion; sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Kevin Logan of Brandon, Mississippi; niece, Katie Lutz; and nephew, Ben Logan. Don was a past member of the Laborers International Union of North America Local 773. He loved to fish.
