Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 13, 1006 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Robbie Smith officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Monday, March 13, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Rock Island, Illinois at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2006. Ms. Smith was born on May 24, 1957 in Moline, Illinois to Gordon E. and Patricia (McCombs) Smith. Survivors include her brothers, Charles L. Smith of Marion, Michael L. Smith of Marion, Clarence Smith of Marion, Kelly J. and Stacey Smith of Marion, Donald R. Smith of Marion, Michael Smith of Gainesville, Florida; sisters, Janet and Doug Brown of Marion, Cathy Sabran of Altamonte Springs, Florida; aunt, Donna Johnson of Rock Island, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews; very special friends, Melanie Smith of Marion, Michelle and Gavin Leggins of Murphysboro, Missy Hesser of Rock Island, Illinois, Joe and Ann Wedertz of Rock Island, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dale Smith.
