Connie Livesay

Marion-Connie May Livesay, 85, passed away at 4:30pm on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at her home. Connie was born March 18, 1928 to Martin and Eileen (Dolan) Wintermantel in Marion.  She married Darrell Livesay on May 1, 1987 in Decatur.  He survives of Marion. Connie loved nature and all of God’s creatures.  Her great loves were her children and grandchildren. Survivors include: Husband-Darrell Livesay Children: Kathy Sue Spencer and husband Michael of Decatur, IL Jerry Ray Reynolds and wife Paula of Palm Harbor, FL Michael Scott Reynolds of Seminole, FL Sherry Newman and husband Steve of Marion, IL Grandchildren: Kim, Traci, Rob, Justin, Angel, Kyle, Scott and Adam Four great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother. Graveside services will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Flora Hill Cemetery in Hoopeston, IL.  Blue Funeral Home in Marion is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make a donation to your local animal shelter.
