Colleen Moore Keller, 83, of Marion, passed away at 5:25am, Saturday December 10th, 2011 at home, surrounded by her family.
Funeral services for Mrs. Keller will be held Monday, December 12th at 11:00am at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Scott Kallem will officiate. There will be a time of visitation on Sunday, December 11th from 5-8pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the 3rd Baptist Church and will be received at the funeral home or may be sent C/O Blue Funeral Home PO Box 411 Marion, IL 62959. Burial will be private at a later date.
Colleen was born on March 20th, 1928, the daughter of Charles and Verna (Harris) Moore. She married her sweetheart Robert Keller on October 25, 1947; together they shared almost 62 years of marriage until his death on September 13th, 2009.

Grandchildren; Mindy and Billy Campell, Adam Keller, Collette Anderson and Ethan Anderson
Great-grandson: Israel David Campell
Brother and sister-in-law Larry and Anne Moore
Sister and brother-in-law Sue and Ronald Bernhard
Mrs. Keller was preceded in death by her parents.
Colleen was a retired secretary from the School for the Hearing Impaired in Marion, Illinois. She was an active member of the 3rd Baptist Church where she served her Lord Jesus Christ for many years as director of the Young Marrieds Department. In her younger years she was an active member of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority in Marion. She was past secretary of the Lincoln Land Motor Home Association and was a charter member of the Family Motor Coach Association.
Colleens greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, traveling the country with her husband and friends and planning parties for all to enjoy. She spent many fun days at her cabin in Benton Lake boating and relaxing with friends and family. Colleen was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, aunt and friend.
