Cliva McRoy MARION-Cliva McRoy, 92, of Marion went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ at 7:10 PM, Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Don Colson officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, July 21, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mapelwood Cemetery in Marion. Memorials may be made to the Church on the Way; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mrs. McRoy was born May 3, 1916 in Marion, Illinois to Monroe and Minnie (Hall) Watson. She married Harry McRoy in 1934; he preceded her in death on January 18, 1968. Survivors include her sons, Peter McRoy and wife, Jeanette; Lindle McRoy and wife, Louise; Jerry McRoy and wife, Judy; daughter, Jean Mofield and husband Ernest; son Joe McRoy and wife Chris; grandchildren, Bruce McRoy, Greg and Beverly McRoy, David and Cindy McRoy, Anita and Jim Riggs, Heath and Kim McRoy, Danny and Chris McRoy, Laura and Scott Shadowens, Merideth and Wesley Hutson, Patty Baker, Glen and Fay Baker, Jimmy Beaumont, Donny and Chris Beaumont, Michael and Wendy Beaumont, LeAnne and T.K. Hacker, Neal and Angie McRoy, Jamie McRoy, Brad and Angie McRoy, Roger and Patty Lydiksen, Ruen and Tracey Mofield, Jeremy and Krystal Mofield, Lisa and Shawn Stacy, Christopher McRoy, Angela and William Keene, and Joshua and Eunice McRoy; many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, two sisters, daughters, Roberta June McRoy, Helen Beaumont and son-in-law Don Beaumont, grandchildren, Dennis Ray McRoy, Bobby McRoy, and Laura McRoy; great-grandchildren, Shelby Diane McRoy, Zachary Hacker, Travis McRoy, and Kenny Duncan Mrs. McRoy had been a housekeeper at Marion Memorial Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She will be missed by all.
