Clarice E. Killman, age 95, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 at Helia Healthcare in Energy, Illinois.
Clarice was born March 27, 1928 in Pulleys Mill, Illinois, a daughter of James and Ruby (Short) Baker. She married the love of her life, Rayburn E. Killman on November 14, 1946 in Osceola, Arkansas. Clarice was the Ulitmate Homemaker. She loved her children and grandchildren deeply and lived her life for them. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting, gardening, canning vegetables and crafting. She loved to cook and host all occasions like holidays, birthdays etc. Reading her Bible was very important to her.
She is survived by four children, Brenda (Bobby) Sanders of Marion, IL, Danny (Carrie) Killman of Herrin, IL, Joyce (Jimmy) Beasley of Creal Springs, IL, and Marc (Christal) Killman of Marion IL, her Daughter-in-Law Shayne Killman of Vienna, IL.
Eight Grandchildren, Sheila (David) Kuhnke, Jon Daniel (Amanda) Killman, Sarah Killman, Jayson Beasley, Kistin (Jon) Anderson, and Matthew (Chelsey) Killman.
Two Step Grandchildren, Mary (Jonathan) Rowe, Jessica (Robert) Amundson.
Great-Grandchildren, Macy Kuhnke, Sr. Airman Elijah Killman USAF, Josephine Killman, Skyeler (Adelaide) Algaier, Hannah Page, Alexander Beasley, Khasen Anderson, Kaydence Anderson, Karver Anderson and Colt Dean Killman; Step Great Grandchildren Tucker Amundson, and Charolatta Amundson, Charlie Rowe, Grantham Rowe and Henry Rowe.
One Brother, Ronnie (Norma) Baker of Marion, IL; several Nieces and Nephews.
She is preceded in death by her Husband Rayburn E. Killman; one Son, Stacy Dean Killman; her Parents, James Samuel and Ruby Baker; and six Siblings, Agatha Tanner, Opal Hill, Carolyn Johnson, Samuel "Sam" Baker, Robert "Bob" Baker, Jack Baker and Infant Sister Rosetta Jane Baker.
Visitation will be Monday, February 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Blue Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 19, 2024, 1:00 PM at Blue Funeral Home with Rev. Donny Colson officiating. Burial will follow at Coal Bank Springs Cemetery east of Marion.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or St. Judes Children's Hospital .
