Christopher Bozarth

Christopher William Bozarth, age 29, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 8:04 p.m. in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

Chris was born on August 14, 1990 in Marion, a son of Russell W. and Rhonda S. (White) Bozarth.  Chris loved music, drawing, spending time with his family and was of the Nazarene faith.

Survivors include his father, Russell Bozarth of Marion; two sons, Eli Bozarth and Jaydin Bozarth; grandparents, Brenda Donelson and Michael Roy, William Bozarth and James White; siblings, Joshua (Kortney) Diefenbach of Creal Springs, Magen Bozarth of Crown Point, Indiana, Elizabeth Bozarth and Harley Bozarth, both of Carterville; two half-brothers, Coty and Cavin; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Veil White and Dalynn Bozarth; his mother, Rhonda Asbury; and his step-mother, Laura Bozarth.

Chris will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with the arrangements.
