Channing “Bullwinkle” Duggan, 64, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Heartland Regional Medical Center.
Channing was born on March 5, 1956 in Kankakee to James and Barbara (Hepworth) Duggan. He married Crystal Ann Powell on April 28, 1979 in Watseka. They later divorced but remained close friends.
Channing was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He worked as a truck driver for Flowers Trucking. Channing loved his job; it was what he always wanted to do. He was of the Christian faith, enjoyed camping, horseback riding, fishing and riding motorcycles.

Sisters-Debra (Rick) Graeber of Springfield and Pamela Bierbaum of Limestone, IL
Brothers-Thomas (Kelly) Duggan of Lynchburg, TN and Mark (Ronda) Duggan of The Woodlands, TX
Sister in law-Tammy Duggan of Makanda
Former wife and friend-Crystal (Willard) Haberman of Sedgewickville, MO
Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and one sister.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion from 2pm-5pm. A graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Carterville on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Crystal Haberman officiating.
Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, those attending the visitation and service are asked to follow social distancing guidelines and the wear a face mask.
