Carolyn Sue Webb
JOHNSTON CITY-Carolyn Sue Webb, 60, of Johnston City passed away at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 10, 2008 in South Fulton, Tennessee.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 18, 2008 at County Line Cemetery in Creal Springs with Robert Dale Webb officiating. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of the arrangements.
Ms. Webb was born June 17, 1947 in Carbondale, Illinois to Vester and Alma R. (Lenon) Webb.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Jack Vancil of Johnston City; daughter, Teresa Kelly of West Frankfort; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Loretta Urbina of Joliet; grandchildren, Erin Kelly and Angelica Urbina; brother, Robert “RV” Webb; cousin/like a sister, Sally Lassiter; close cousins, John L. Webb and Doug Webb; and many other close nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Webb and A.J. Webb; and nephew, Donnie Webb.
Ms. Webb worked for Liberty House in Marion for over 20 years as an aide to the Developmental Disabled. It was more than a job to her, she really loved and cared about her residents. Her kids and grandkids were her life, she worked and sacrificed a lot so she could help them. She enjoyed going to church, gardening, feeding and watching the birds, and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal Fan. She loved her dog, Webster and her cat, Katie.
