Carolyn Dianne Dubois

Carolyn Dianne Dubois, age 72, of Marion, Illinois,  passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Herrin Hospital in Herrin, Illinois.

Carolyn was born January 22, 1950 in Canton, Illinois, a daughter of Donald and Colleen  Dubois. Carolyn enjoyed crocheting, traveling, and shopping flea markets, always looking for that special treasure. She loved her family and spending time with them. 

She is survived by two children, Chad Smith and Kenny Smith; daughters-in-law, Nicole Skelton and Lavada May; one sister, Loretta Dubois; and ten grandchildren.  

She is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Mezo; one grandson, Kurt Lewis Abels; and her parents, Donald and Colleen Dubois.

There will be no services at this time. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with final arrangements.
