Marion-Carl Lee Page, 86, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Marion Rehab and Nursing Center.
Carl was born on September 20, 1930 in West Frankfort to Homer and Eula Page. He married Deloris Phillips on December 22, 1951 in Marion. She survives.
Carl was in the U.S. Army 1st Calvary, 1st BN Medical Corps. He was a decorated Korean Conflict Vet receiving the Purple Star with Valor and a Purple Heart. Carl was the owner of Page Vending and Wholesale. He was a Jackson County Deputy Sheriff and retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons after 20 years as a Safety Officer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Carla J. Page and brother, Earl Page.
The family would like to thank the staff of Marion Rehab and Nursing as well as Hospice of Southern Illinois for the care they provided.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 2pm at Rose Hill Cemetery with Minister Raymond Ketterman officiating. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
