Brenda Rush

Marion- Brenda Kay Rush, 62, passed away Monday, February 27th, 2012 at her home in Marion surrounded by her family. Funeral Services for Mrs. Rush will be held at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion on Thursday, March 1st 2012 at 7pm. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-7pm Thursday March 1st, 2012. Pastor Ron Knox will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Southern IL and will be received at the funeral home or may be mailed C/O Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411 Marion IL 62959. Mrs. Rush was born March 31st 1949 in Herrin to Dennis and Betty (Robinson) Waugh. She married Ted Rush on December 22nd, 1967 in Herrin. She was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Rush was formerly employed at the Williamson County Court House as a cook in the jail. She loved flowers and animals. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Mrs. Rush is survived by: Husband Ted Rush Parents Dennis and Betty Waugh Son Tim and Kristal Rush of Herrin, Son Greg Rush of Marion and Fiancé Ashlee Spiller of Herrin Son Wesley Rush of Marion, Grandchildren: Jason Rush, Zachary Rush, Jacob Rush and Emily Spiller.
