MARION - Bradley D. Stauffer, 58, passed away at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013, in Heartland Regional Medical Center with his family by his side.
A celebration of Bradley's life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 13, in Blue Funeral Home in Marion, with the Rev. Wade Halva officiating. A time of gathering for family and friends will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Bradley was born to Harold and Rosa (Favero) Stauffer Saturday, Jan. 8, 1955, in Peoria.
He married Mary Helen Yeck Saturday, June 19, 1982, in Peoria. They were about to celebrate 31 years of marriage.
Mr. Stauffer is survived by his loving wife, Mary; children, Nicholas Sandino Yeck-Stauffer and David Owen Yeck-Stauffer and father-in-law, John Yeck. He had no biological siblings, but found a big brother and great friend in his cousin, John Stauffer. Bradley is also survived by loving extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Rosa.
Bradley graduated from Morton High School where he played for the football team. At an early age he worked in the family grocery business that was located in the north end of Peoria. He lived his life as a man of Christian morals and ethics, who loved spending time with his family, especially on their pontoon boat. He also enjoyed the time he spent playing golf at the Lake of Egypt Golf Course with his numerous friends. Bradley was known to be a storyteller who loved life. He is gone too soon.
