Bobby Payne MARION-Bobby Payne, 61, of Marion passed away at 5:25 PM, Saturday, June 10, 2006 at Fountain Nursing Home in Marion. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Richland Cemetery in rural Calhoun, Illinois. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Huntington’s disease; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mr. Payne was born on January 28, 1945 in Olney, Illinois to Clarence and Edith (Reynolds) Payne. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Elisha and Jimmy Davis of Marion; daughter, Erin Duffy of Arizona; and grandchildren, Haley and Jazmyn Davis, Donovan Schwach, Robert and Melissa Markgraf and Dylan Duffy. He was preceded in death by his father Clarence Payne; mother, Edith Burson; step-father, Lester Burson; sister, Carol Gaede; and brother, Jerry Lee Payne. Mr. Payne previously worked as manager of Burger Chef and continued as manager after it became Hardees. He loved to play pool and restore old Ford Mustangs.
