Bobby C. Robinson

Bobby G. Robinson MARION-Bobby G. Robinson, 80, of Marion passed away at 9:00 PM, March 26, 2009 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida. Private graveside services will be held at Mt. Pleasant “Shed” Cemetery. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with the services. Bobby was born August 7, 1928 in Marion to Lafayette and Vertie (Abney) Robinson. He married La Cene Nagge on February 10, 1950 in Marion; together they shared 59 years of marriage. Survivors include his wife, LaCene Robinson of Marion and cousin, Dorothy Ryan. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bobby worked as a lockman for the Army Corp of Engineers for several years.
