Betty Jean Hogue

Betty Jean Hogue, age 62, of Creal Springs, Illinois, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Betty was born February 25, 1959 in California, a daughter of Frank and Delores (Spicer) Galus. She married Charles "Chuck" Louis Hogue Jr. on July 01, 2015 in Paducah, Kentucky. Betty had been a long-time employee of Wal-Mart and later worked at Pyramid Acres. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and nana. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her spouse Charles Louis Hogue Jr. of Creal Springs, IL; two children, James M. and Ginger Bazzetti and Dana Wiseman and fiance Neil Wallace; three grandchildren, Brylee Wiseman, Brynnlee Flare, and Wade Wallace; two sisters, Angel and Greg Clarke and Chrissy and Tony Travelstead; and her Step-Daughter, Amanda Jo DePaul and her family, and Step-Daughter Krystal Dawn and Brandon Perkins and their family. She is preceded in death by one son, Michael Don Wiseman and one sister, Sue Weldon.

Visitation will be Friday, January 7th, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 7, 2022, 12:00 PM at Blue Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Tanner Cemetery in Creal Springs.
