Amy Nicole "Nicki" Meneese

Amy Nicole Meneese "Nicki" age 34 of Marion, Illinois,  passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at her home in Marion, Illinois.

Nicki was born January 29, 1989 in Carbondale, Illinois, the daughter of Randy A. and Amy C. (Holup) Meneese.  Nicki grew up in Marion was an avid softball player during her childhood and while in High School.  She was a 2007 Honors graduate of Marion High School and then attended Drake University in IA, studying Science and Biology.  She returned home and together with Elijah Bradley she had the "love of Nicki's life", Rylan A. Bradley.  Nicki enjoyed  reading, gardening and drawing.     

She is survived by her significant other Elijah Bradley of Marion, IL; one son, Rylan Alan Bradley of Marion, IL; her parents, Randy A. and Amy C. Meneese of Marion, IL; and her Maternal Grandparents, Willard (Martha) Holup of Marion, IL, uncle Ken (Brenda) Holup of Marion, IL, aunt Gail (Buddy) Adelsberger of West Frankfort, IL, aunt Linda (Jonny) Harvill of Crainville, IL, her In-Laws Bill (Tish) Bradley of Marion, IL, many cousins and Friends.   She is preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Rollie (Wanda) Meneese of Marion, IL.

Private visitation and funeral services will be held at Blue Funeral Home in Marion, Illinois.  Burial will be at Meneese Cemetery near Goreville, Illinois. 

Memorial contributions may be directed to the future education of her son Rylan A. Bradley.
