Albert Walker Evansville, IN-Albert Walker, 61, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 13, 2009 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Don Colson officiating military rites will be performed at the funeral home by the Marion V.F.W., Marion American Legion and the National Guard. Visitation will be from noon until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Carterville. Mr. Walker was born on August 8, 1947 in Herrin to Leo and Mildred (Calhoun) Walker. Survivors include his mother, Mildred Walker of Marion; step-grandchildren, Lauren Robbins, Kenneth Marks, Sianna Ferguson, Maria Groves, Jaida Nunn, and Dredon Nunn; sister, Bonnie Bernhardt of Marion; brother, Randy Lane of South Carolina; step-brothers Lee Walker of Herrin, Norvell Walker of Texas; step-sisters Louise Walker of DuQuoin, Donna Lorrain Rodusky of West Covina, California; many nieces and nephews; special friends, John Robbins of Evansville, Indiana, Jamie Robbins of West Frankfort, Nina Anzalone and Everett Nunn both of Evansville, Indiana; many friends and family from the V.A. Outpatient Clinic of Evansville, Indiana and the V.A. Hospital of Marion. He was preceded in death by grandparents Herman and Louvica Calhoun; step-father, Albert Leo Walker. He will be missed by all who knew him
