Adam Mays

Johnston City-Adam R. Mays, 39, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in Owensboro, KY. Adam was born on June 7, 1978 in Herrin to Kenneth and Gwen (Finney) Mays. He married Casey Haught in Williamson County on September 15, 2013.  She survives Adam worked for Pepsi. He loved to fish, work on cars and spend time with his family. Survivors include: Wife-Casey Mays Children: Joshua Mays Julia Mays Nicole Mays Taylor Riley Hunter Riley Sisters: Beth Mays Wanda Bangs Brother-Kenneth Wells Mother and step father-Gwen and Thomas Ellison Step mother-Linda Mays Several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Ralph Brandon officiating. Burial will follow at North Oakwood Cemetery in Carterville.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
