Charlie was an amazing guy! He loved to pick that guitar and singing Blues Man. I will always treasure the memories we shared. May God be with you all during this trouble time.

I came to know Charlie a few years ago and he has helped me with several construction projects on my farm. He had lots of skills and was a hard worker but best of all he was a good friend and called frequently just to say hello and wish me well. His loss so early in life is a tragedy for all who were privileged to have known him. My best wishes are with his family. May our Lord and Savior ease your grieving and grant you peace.

We are saddened to hear of this loss to Gail and the entire Carter family. We knew Charlie as a young sweet child from 8-12 years old when we lived in Marion. It breaks our heart that he is gone too soon but we cherish the Promise of Eternal Life and seeing Charlie again who wrote in his Bible of his determination to be there!! It will be a wonderful reunion with Ross and Charlie at the feet of Jesus!

Charlie was my neighbor for 8 years. Always helping me with task around the house. I can’t believe he is gone and will miss him terribly. He was such a great friend he always told me I was beautiful and that he loved me. Always had a hug for my dog Bella who would run over anytime Charlie was outside. Miss you buddy and I will never forget you.
