Louis Joseph Bacak
MARION-Louis Joseph Bacak, 90, of Marion, passed away at 5:55 PM, Thursday, November 25, 2004 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2004 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Donley officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 to 12:30 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2004 at the funeral home. Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 29, 2004 at Dundee Township Cemetery in Dundee, Illinois. Mr. Bacak was born on May 27, 1914 in Crystal Lake, Illinois to Frank and Mary (Kocenda) Bacak. He married Jean Louise Forester and she survives. Other survivors include daughters, Jill Larkin of Loves Park, IL, Donna Ruth and Robert Huffstutler of Elgin, IL, Sandra and Joe Darling of Marion; grandchildren, Amy Thompson, Kevin Larkin, Hope Castell, Megan Huffstutler; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Courtney Larkin; sister, Tillie Finnell of Marengo, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; one sister. Mr. Bacak worked for the city of Elgin.
